How long does shipping to or from the USA take?
Sea freight runs about 4–8 weeks door-to-door, while air freight takes roughly 5–10 days for urgent or smaller loads. We confirm the exact transit window when we book your container or airline space.
What does an international move to or from the USA include?

Do I need to worry about US customs and quarantine?
The US has no Australia-style quarantine, but US Customs (CBP) and the USDA still restrict certain goods — food, plants, seeds, alcohol and untreated wood packaging. We prepare a correct, itemised inventory and declaration so your shipment clears customs without delays.
What customs paperwork do I need for a move to or from the USA?
Typically the CBP Form 3299 (Declaration for Free Entry of Unaccompanied Articles) together with your passport, visa and a full inventory. We prepare and lodge the documentation for you, so nothing slows your shipment down.
