Access on the Costa Blanca is usually easier than in Spanish city centres: most urbanisations have street parking for a truck and lifts in newer blocks. The exceptions are old-town flats in Alicante, Altea or Jávea’s historic centre, where a hoist (€150–€350) and a parking permit from the town hall must be planned in advance.
