Our UK specialists vet properties in London, Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh, arrange in-person or virtual viewings, complete the Right to Rent check, review your tenancy agreement, advise on ULEZ and Congestion Charge zones, and handle the deposit transfer into the Deposit Protection Scheme. All you need to do is arrive.

Vehicle Transport Service
Your car deserves a safe journey too. We coordinate door-to-door vehicle transport anywhere in Europe with trusted carriers, including the T1 transit document and HMRC export declaration. Since the UK left the EU customs union, every cross-border vehicle move now needs this paperwork. We also coordinate the V5C re-registration on arrival.

Common questions about a Flyto move
What’s the difference between Silver, Gold and Platinum?
Silver — one driver, basic carrying, A→B transport. Gold (most popular) — 2–3 professional movers, loading/unloading, furniture blankets. Platinum — professional packers, packing materials, packing + unpacking included.
Is moving insurance included in every package?
Standard transit insurance is included on every Flyto package. For high-value belongings or overseas sea-freight routes we recommend optional all-risk cover. We quote in GBP up front — no hidden VAT, no surprises.
Do you handle customs paperwork between the UK and the EU?
Yes. The UK left the EU customs union on 31 December 2020, so every move between the UK and an EU country needs a T1 transit document, an English-language inventory and a customs import declaration at destination. We file with HMRC on the UK side and with the destination authority on the EU side.
Can I bring household goods into the UK duty- and VAT-free?
Yes — if you are moving permanent residence to the UK and have owned and used the items for at least 6 months, they can usually be imported duty- and VAT-free under HMRC’s Transfer of Residence (ToR1) scheme. We file the application before shipment.
Do you offer storage in the UK?
Yes — secure London-area storage with 24/7 camera monitoring, individual locks and GPS-tracked inventory. Short-term between origin and destination dates, or long-term over months. Optional all-risk insurance for stored goods on request.
How far in advance should I book my move?
Most European moves are booked 4–6 weeks ahead and overseas (sea container to USA, Australia, UAE, Canada) shipments 8–12 weeks ahead. Urgent moves often accommodated — get in touch for current availability.
