The questions that expose the difference

The Meldezettel within three days of moving in; Übersiedlungsgut relief for non-EU origins (goods used six months, twelve months outside the EU, declared within a year); a car re-registered within one month with NoVA due regardless of how it entered; Alpine winter access; and the tenancy rules that now set five-year minimum fixed terms from commercial landlords (three from private ones) with a tenant break after the first year – which fixes the move date long before the mover is chosen.
