You attach the form “Declaration for obtaining relief from customs duty and tax on personal belongings when migrating to Sweden” (Tv 740.45) to your customs declaration, together with proof you are moving — for example your residence permit or Skatteverket’s decision on population registration (a personbevis), a work permit, or a signed lease. 4. Arriving: registration, residence, driving, healthcare

Residence permit first.
