Valid from 12 November 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n These terms apply to international relocation services<\/strong>, additional services, storage, and the sale or rental of moving supplies provided by Flyto Oy<\/strong> (\u201cFlyto\u201d). The \u201cCustomer\u201d refers to the purchaser of the service or product.<\/p>\n Flyto\u2019s liability for transported goods is based on the Finnish Road Transport Contracts Act<\/strong> and, where applicable, the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015)<\/strong>. Accepted payment methods: card payment, Stripe invoice, or business invoicing as separately agreed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Private customers:<\/strong> payment must be made before unloading<\/strong> at the destination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n If payment is delayed or missing, Flyto reserves the right to withhold delivery\/unloading<\/strong> until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Interest on late payments<\/strong> will be charged according to Finnish law, and Flyto may charge additional storage or redelivery fees<\/strong> resulting from non-payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Customer will receive a receipt or invoice by email.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Fixed-price quotations include all costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Hourly billing is rounded up to the next 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Minimum charge is one (1) hour.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Additional work not included in the quotation will be billed according to the hourly rate of \u20ac85 per hour per mover<\/strong> (unless otherwise agreed).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The Customer must ensure that all items are properly packed unless packing services are included in the agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Furniture must be ready for transport. If disassembly or assembly is required and not included in the selected package, such services will be charged according to the additional service price list.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Customer must provide all required customs documentation<\/strong> in advance. Missing or incomplete documents that cause delays or waiting time will result in waiting-time charges<\/strong> (see Section 6.1).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Customer must inform Flyto if the delivery address has restricted access<\/strong> (e.g., narrow streets, low bridges, or limited parking).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n All cancellations must be made in writing to hello@flytorelocation.com\/it-it
